Sheng Ye

 A visionary leader with deep financial expertise in residential and commercial real estate, Sheng Ye provides strategic foresight and overarching direction for our developments. Since 2016, as a key shareholder in his family office, Sheng has guided finance management, development strategies, and diverse investment portfolios. He excels in setting the strategic framework and asset allocation decisions, leveraging extensive capital market insights to deliver significant returns. Sheng’s approach ensures sustained growth, wealth preservation, and lasting value creation for high-net-worth investors. 

Bec He

 Bec He is a seasoned finance executive with a strong track record across top-tier Australian financial institutions. She leads the operational execution of our financial strategies, managing a broad network of funding partners—including major banks, private lenders, and institutional investors—to structure tailored financing solutions and oversee complex settlements. Her experience spans both debt and equity financing across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. In addition to delivering sound capital structures and risk controls, Bec plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic investors—ensuring our projects are financially resilient and well-positioned for sustained growth

Keven Ye

 As head of development, Keven Ye brings seasoned leadership and end-to-end project expertise to the forefront of our delivery pipeline. He oversees the full lifecycle of our developments—from early planning and design through to construction and final completion—ensuring each project aligns with strategic, financial, and operational goals. As the central point of coordination among builders, consultants, and stakeholders, Keven drives cross-disciplinary collaboration, refines design outcomes, and maintains rigorous oversight throughout the construction process. His leadership transforms vision into built reality—consistently delivering projects that are timely, on-budget, and of exceptional quality.

Kate He

Design & Planning Manager


 At YHY Group, Kate brings together refined design sensibility and strategic planning acumen to lead our luxury residential developments from concept through to approval. She oversees the full design and planning lifecycle—translating development vision into functional, elegant outcomes while ensuring every element aligns with regulatory frameworks and project objectives. Kate plays a central role in coordinating with architects, planners, engineers, and consultants, maintaining seamless communication across disciplines to drive efficiency and design integrity. She also leads the Council approval process end-to-end, managing documentation, liaising with authorities, and resolving planning challenges with precision. Her leadership ensures each project is holistically designed, expertly coordinated, and approval-ready—positioning YHY Group for successful, high-quality delivery.

Shaun Yu

Sales & Marketing Manager


 As the Sales & Marketing Manager, Shaun connects discerning clients with exceptional properties that align seamlessly with their lifestyle aspirations and investment goals. With a sharp understanding of market trends and buyer expectations, he ensures each transaction is seamless, informed, and client-focused. Shaun also oversees the preparation of high-quality sales materials and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with project vision and brand standards. Working closely with internal teams and property managers, he supports a smooth transition from purchase to post-settlement service—enhancing the overall client experience and contributing to the long-term success of each development.
